IU Southeast is a tuition partner with UPS

UPS will pay tuition in several ways based on your employee status.

Part-time, Non-Management

UPS will pay tuition directly to IU Southeast on your behalf!

1. Student completes request for Tuition Voucher with UPS.
2. Student submits Tuition Voucher to IU by the payment due date through the Sponsor task in One.IU
3. Tuition and fees not covered by other sources are deferred until the end of the semester.
4. IU submits a bill and grades to UPS at the end of the semester. Note: Student is responsible for any balance not covered by UPS.

Part-time Management

UPS will pay tuition directly to IU Southeast on your behalf!

1. Student completes request for Tuition Voucher with UPS.
2. Student submits Tuition Voucher to IU by the payment due date through the Sponsor task in One.IU.

UPS offers tuition reimbursement for eligible employees!
